Colman Lalka graduated with a BA in Economics from Cleveland State University, 1978; JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, 1981. Mr. Lalka is currently participating in the following panels: USPS and National Postal Mail Handlers Union, AK Steel Corporation (Middletown Works) and International Association of Machinists, City of Columbus, Ohio and CMAGE/CWA, Bituminous Coal Operators Association and United Mine Workers of America, The Timken Company and United Steelworkers of America, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and Amalgamated Transit Union. Further, he has participated in these past panels: USPS and American Postal Workers Union, United States Postal Service and National Association of Letter Carriers, University Hospital and Service Employees International Union, LTV Steel Co., Elkem Metals Co., U.S. Steel Corp., Oxford Automotive, Roemer Industries, and Formica Corp. and United Steelworkers of America.
