
Jack D. Tillem, a graduate of Hunter College and Columbia Law School, ‘57, engaged in the general practice of law for some twenty years before becoming a full time labor arbitrator in 1978. A member of the National Academy of Arbitrators, Jack has heard cases across the full spectrum of labor issues, contractual and discipline, in both the public and private sectors. He is on the roster of the American Arbitration Association, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, New York PERB, New Jersey PERC and U.S. Virgin Islands PERB. He serves on several permanent panels including UPS/Teamsters; UPS/Independent Pilots Association; Verizon/CWA; NYC Board of Education/UFT; New York City Building and Construction Trades; and the New York-New Jersey Port Authority.
