James Cooper is an attorney, who received his BA from Cornell University and JD from Rutgers University. He has participated in the New York State & Public Employees Federation, NY State & Civil Service Employees Association, and Bath Iron Works & Bath Iron Works Draftsmen’s Association. He has also been Chairman of the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission, Attorney for Holtz and Drachman, and a Staff Attorney for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
