
Mark Suardi is an attorney/arbitrator/mediator who has been active in alternative dispute resolution since 1979. He practices in the St. Louis law firm of Erbs and Erbs, P.C. Mr. Suardi is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, the National Academy of Arbitrators, the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. He also serves as a permanent neutral on various national and regional arbitration panels. National panel memberships include John Deere and Co. /UAW and National Protection and Programs Directorate/AFGE, Local 918. Regional panels include USPS/APWU, AmerenUE/IBEW, FAA/PASS, USPS/NPMHU, Laclede Gas/PACE and others. Mr. Suardi has decided over 1200 cases in the area of labor and employment law. He is a frequent lecturer in the field of alternative dispute resolution, and he has mediated many disputes to resolution through both ad hoc selection and through membership on the panel of neutrals of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern Division of Missouri. Mr. Suardi received a B.A. degree from the University of Illinois in 1973 and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University in 1976. He has also worked in the construction trades.
