Robert Landau has been a full-time labor and employment arbitrator since 1991. He arbitrates cases in the private, public and federal sectors throughout the western United States and is a member of arbitration panels in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and currently serves as a regional chair for the Pacific Northwest region. Previously he served as Deputy Commissioner of Labor for the state of Alaska from 1983-1987. Mr. Landau is a graduate of Amherst College and the University of Virginia Law School.
