Susan T. Mackenzie has been a full-time neutral arbitrator and mediator of labor-management and employment disputes since 1975. Professor (Adjunct), Cardozo School of Law (courses in Employment Discrimination Law and ADR and in Employment Disputes). Instructor, Cornell/ILR (courses in Arbitration, Mediation, and Collective Bargaining). Served as mediator/interest arbitrator in numerous public and federal sector contract disputes and as mediator/arbitrator in numerous collective and class action disputes involving discrimination claims.

Frequently trains and lectures on arbitration, mediation, and labor and employment law, including training of staff mediators at the EEOC and NYC Division on Human Rights. Member, Advisory Boards, Cornell/ILR Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution and Advisory Board, Cornell/ILR Program on Labor & Employment Law. Former Chair, NYC Bar Association Committee on Labor & Employment Law and former Member, Board of Governors, National Academy of Arbitrators; AAA Employment Rules Task Force; NASD NAMC Employment Discrimination Rules Task Force [Public Member].
