
Susan T. Mackenzie has been a full-time neutral arbitrator and mediator of labor-management and employment disputes since 1975. Frequently trains and lectures on arbitration, mediation, and labor and employment law, including training of staff mediators at the EEOC and NYC Division on Human Rights.
