Conference Description

The place to learn is where the teachers are in the top tier, the materials tackle the tough issues, your questions are answered, and the instruction is practical so you can put the training to use.

Come to Boston this Fall, and learn the latest developments in labor law and labor arbitration.

The agenda above gives more detail about what you will learn. The conference tuition of $525 includes admission to all sessions, course materials, and all breaks. You can save $75 if you register before June 30, 2023.

We welcome you to Boston to learn with the best.

The faculty members are highly respected labor arbitrators and teachers. Richard Adelman was a teaching fellow at Stanford Law School and an attorney with the NRLB. For the past 30 years, he has been a popular labor arbitrator based in New York City. John Cochran has taught at Suffolk University and Boston College law schools, and is a former chief counsel at the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission. He is one of the longest serving labor arbitrators in New England. Walt DeTreux is a prominent labor arbitrator on several panels in the public and private sector on the East Coast. He previously worked as a labor attorney in Philadelphia. Joan Parker was a professor at Rutgers University. During that time and since taking emeritus status, she has been the umpire under several national agreements and is considered one of the top labor arbitrators in the country. All of the faculty members enjoy teaching and look forward to answering your questions.
