The faculty members are all highly respected labor arbitrators and teachers. James Cooper is a distinguished labor arbitrator based in Boston. In his earlier career, he was chair of the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission. Jeff Jacobs practiced law in varying turns working for labor and management. He has been one of the top labor arbitrators in the country for three decades. DeAndra Roaché is a labor arbitrator on several panels in the public and private sector. She previously practiced law and worked for a major transportation company. Andrew Strongin is a prominent East Coast labor arbitrator. He started in the field as a labor relations administrator. Finally, M. David Vaughn was general counsel at the FMCS and is one of most sought-after labor arbitrators in the US. All enjoy teaching and look forward to answering your questions.
