In alphabetical order, Steve Befort teaches at the University of Minnesota Law School, is the past editor of the ABA’s highly respected journal on Labor & Employment Law, and a nationally known labor arbitrator. Micheal Falvo is a popular labor arbitrator in the Midwest and East. Earlier in his career he was labor counsel for the City of Detroit and a teacher at Wayne State University. Harry Graham is a distinguished labor arbitrator. He was a professor at Cleveland State University, and before that, at the University of Wisconsin and University of Iowa. Kathryn VanDagens is a prominent labor arbitrator, after first practicing law and teaching at Michigan State University’s law school. She is on numerous panels. Finally, Jeanne Vonhof has over 25 years of experience, with umpireships on several national panels, including those in steel, airlines, and education. She has also taught at Indiana University. All of the faculty members enjoy teaching and helping advocates who process grievances and prepare/present cases.
Attorneys and HR professionals can earn credit. The number of credits for attorneys depends on the state. Please let us know on the registration form (or the online form) where you hold a license. (Most often, it is 7.0 CLE credits.)

The conference will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel on the campus of the Cleveland Clinic. This facility is ideal for educational meetings. If you stay overnight, you will be steps away from the conference.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the InterContinental Hotel, the site of the conference. The group rate is $195 single or double occupancy.
