All of the faculty members are popular labor arbitrators with decades of experience. They are (in alphabetical order): Steve Befort is a law professor, former editor of the ABA Journal on Labor & Employment law and a distinguished labor arbitrator. Walt De Treux, a graduate of Temple University Law School, is one of the top labor arbitrators on the East Coast. Joan Parker is a graduate of Cornell University and a former professor at Rutgers in labor relations. For the past few decades, she has been the sole arbitrator under several high profile and industry-wide labor agreements. DeAndra Roache is a prominent labor arbitrator on several panels in the public and private sector. She previously worked in labor relations for a national company. And finally, Alan Symonette is a highly-respected labor arbitrator and sits on several major panels. He is a fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. All of the faculty enjoy teaching and answering audience questions.

Facility Description
The conference will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch Street, in the heart of Philadelphia. This city is one of the most popular cities of the country. The theaters, restaurants, jazz clubs, and shopping are among the best in the world, and just a short walk from your hotel or the Convention Center.
Philadelphia is also an easy travel destination. By car, the Convention Center is a few minutes from I-95. The Philadelphia International Airport is 10 miles away. SEPTA train line R-1 connects the airport directly to Center City and the Convention Center, along with Amtrak operating out of the 30th Street Station.
