This fall, four of the nation’s top labor arbitrators cover the topics which are important to labor and management. The educational approach is one of theory and practice, so you can craft the arguments and decide the strategy based on your individual workplace.
We also use a variety of formats because learning styles differ. Some of the most popular sessions of the conference are the short case studies and panel discussions. You can ask also the arbitrators any question, whether in-person or by question card.
We welcome you to Seattle. Come for the education — especially the insights that will help you tackle the next case or personnel issue.
Tuition is $475. Or register before July 30, 2021 and take advantage of the early enrollment rate ($375). This fee covers admission to all sessions, a workbook with the case studies and lecture outlines, and all breaks.
CLE credit is available in all states with mandatory CLE requirements. Just let us know where you hold a license (see the box to check on the registration form). The Labor Arbitration Institute is an accredited provider for Pennsylvania and California attorneys. This program has been approved in other states, as well.
The Labor Arbitration Institute is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs). This program is valid for 7.0 PDCs for the SHRM-CPsm or SHRM-SCPsm. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit www.shrmcertification.org.
This program has been approved for 7 recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR through the HR Certification Institute. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit the HR Certification Institute homepage at www.hrci.org.
The conference will be held at the Washington State Convention Center in downtown Seattle. This facility is easy- to-locate and navigate. It is also within walking distance of Seattle’s popular restaurants and night life.
