Conference Description
Conference Description:
This fall, four of the nation’s top labor arbitrators cover the topics which are important to labor and management. The educational approach is one of theory and practice, so you can craft the arguments and choose the strategy or strategies based on your individual workplace. The topics are outlined in the agenda link above.
We also use a variety of teaching formats because learning styles differ. Some of the most popular sessions of the conference are the short case studies and panel discussions. You can ask also the arbitrators any question, whether in-person or by question card.
We welcome you to Seattle. Come for the education — especially the insights that will help you tackle the next case or personnel issue.
FACULTY
All of the faculty members are prominent arbitrators and enjoy teaching. Christopher Cameron teaches at Southwestern Law School and serves on several major arbitration panels. Jeffrey Jacobs is a former labor attorney and a distinguished labor arbitrator. Charlene MacMillan is a highly-regarded labor arbitrator with nearly 30 years of experience in the field. Elizabeth Wesman is nationally-known labor arbitrator/ umpire and previously taught at three universities.
